My background in sales and marketing along with my BA in Public Relations has been extremely beneficial in the Real Estate Arena. I understand the importance of providing precise information and more importantly, providing that information quickly. Allow me to use my experience and professionalism to market your property or help find that new home. I have served as the Education Chair, Board of Directors, Quality of Life Task Force and Local Director for my local association. I am an active member of the Bismarck-Mandan Board of Realtors, North Dakota Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Currently, I am serving on the NDAR Professional Standards and Grievance Committee, BMBOR Education Committee, Missouri Valley Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors, Bismarck Historical Society Board of Directors and Membership Committee.

Barbara Bernhardt was raised on a farm east of Lisbon, North Dakota. She has always had a love for the outdoors and could usually be found there rather than inside. Barb still has a passion for animals and has several pets. After graduating from high school in Lisbon, Barb went on to achieve secondary education in Whapeton and also in Bismarck and has been active in several employment situations. Barb has resided in smaller communities for most of her life and is familiar with the peaceful way of life and many of the communities. She is married to David Bernhardt who is engaged in small grain farming and cattle ranching. Barb has 3 children who are all grown, and 1 granddaughter, also a son-in-law. Over the years Barb has been active in many social events, church activities, and has many close friends.
For many years Barb has been a successful realtor, working both in Bismarck and the surrounding rural areas. Barb has retained a rural branch office for several years and has been dedicated to serving rural communities in several counties. She has especially enjoyed getting to know all of the folks in the smaller rural communities and helping them to market and purchase homes. Her knowledge of the rural real estate industry and helpful personality has made many transitions easier and happier for all parties involved. Having really enjoyed being involved in real estate, she plans to stay active in it for many years to come. Barb also manages rental units in several areas, some of which she rents out by the day, week, or month. She loves to help people in what ever way she can.
